Ålbæk is characterised by being a small, cosy town between Skagen and Frederikshavn with beautiful natural landscapes and good vantage points.
The beach at Ålbæk is several kilometres long, and in addition to being a white sandy beach, it has an advantageous location in the middle of Ålbæk Bay, which helps to make the beach calmer. The water is shallow and the beach is therefore very child-friendly. There is also a Blue Flag on the beach, which emphasises that the water is clean.

Ålbæk Harbour has been a fishing village since time immemorial and has therefore long had a fishing and marina. Here you can experience the authentic and cosy harbour environment. The harbour is a popular destination for yachtsmen, who visit in droves every year.
Despite being a relatively small town, Ålbæk has a lot to offer when it comes to city life, shopping and cosy little specialty shops.
Take a stroll through the cosy streets and get inspired in the town's clothes shops, flower shops, delicatessens and much more.
Cosy Ålbæk has its very own North Jutland charm.
