Rules for year-round, spring and autumn pitches

• The price applies to households with children living at home. If the caravan is used by others, the standard person fee per person + pitch fee per overnight stay is payable. Electricity is charged per KWH when the spring/autumn pitch ends. The electricity meter is handed out at reception when the spring/autumn pitch starts and returned to reception on departure.

  1. Markings of the rented pitch in the form of plastic strips on the ground, poles, signs, etc. are not permitted.
  2. Digging in the ground/sand or dunes is not permitted.
  3. It is not permitted to plant flowers, lay tiles, flooring, tarpaulin or fibretex outside the awning.
  4. Pruning of trees and shrubs is only allowed by prior arrangement.
  5. Garden gnomes, window boxes, flagpoles and similar decorations are not permitted.
  6. Spring or autumn pitches may have a camping floor - no concrete tiles or tarpaulin directly on the ground - the grass must be ventilated.
  7. Pitch sizes for seasonal, spring and autumn pitches will be approximately 100 m2. Cars must also be parked in this area. (1 car per pitch)
  8. On the day of departure, check-out is no later than 12.00 noon

1. Shelters and awnings of a permanent nature are not permitted. Shelters facing the road are permitted, but shelters may not be placed against the hedge.
2. Permanent dog fences are not permitted. The pitch may be closed off with rolled wire, but not with gates, wooden fences or similar.
3. All-season pitches may have a solid base in the awning in the form of concrete tiles/pallets/canvas/tarpaulin directly on the ground. Everything must be removed from the pitches every winter.
