Seasonal pitch 

Rules for year-round, spring and autumn pitches

The price applies to households with children living at home. If the caravan is used by others, the standard person fee per person + pitch fee per overnight stay is charged. Electricity is charged per kWh when the spring/autumn pitch ends. The electricity meter is handed out at reception when the spring/autumn pitch starts and returned to reception on departure.

• Markings of the rented space in the form of plastic strips on the ground, poles, signs, etc. are not permitted.
• Digging in the ground/sand or dunes is not permitted.
• It is not permitted to plant flowers, lay tiles, flooring, tarpaulin or fibretex outside the awning.
• Pruning of trees and shrubs is only allowed by prior arrangement.
• Garden gnomes, window boxes, flagpoles and similar decorations are not permitted.
• Spring or autumn pitches may have a camping floor - no concrete tiles or tarpaulin directly on the ground - the grass must be ventilated.
• Pitch sizes for seasonal, spring and autumn pitches will be approximately 100m². Cars must also be parked in this area. (1 car per pitch).
• On the day of departure, check-out is no later than 12.00 noon.

Shelters and awnings of a permanent nature are not permitted. Awnings facing the road are permitted, but awnings may not be placed against the hedge.

Dog fences of a permanent nature are not permitted. The site may be closed off with wire, but not with gates, wooden fences or similar.

All-season pitches may have a solid base in the awning in the form of concrete tiles/pallets/canvas/tarpaulin directly on the ground.

EVERYTHING must be removed from the pitches every winter.
